Canberra Health Services is supporting the ACT Government edge closer towards its vision of securing a liveable and healthy future for our community.

In 2021, Canberra Health Services diverted more than 600 tonnes of material from landfill. That included:

  • Batteries
  • Pallets
  • Food waste
  • E-waste

In paper recycling alone, Canberra Health Services saved approximately:

  • 1.4 million litres of water
  • 300,000 kW of energy
  • 24 tonnes of CO2
  • 195 cubic metres of landfill
