Mental Health

Mental health affects how we think, feel and act. If you struggle with mental health issues, you may find it difficult to manage your emotions, handle stress, relate to others or simply make choices. When things are not going well for you or someone you know, it is important to remember that you are not alone and there are people and services that can give you the help, support and assistance you may need. If your situation is life-threatening, call Triple 000 immediately for help or visit your nearest Emergency Department.
