Outpatient Rehabilitation Services

Brindabella Rehabilitation Service

The Brindabella Rehabilitation Service provides goal-oriented rehabilitation services to help you achieve and retain functional independence during your integration back into the community.

We offer services that aim to:

  • improve functional capacity
  • retrain lost or impaired skills
  • support psychosocial functioning
  • enhance psychological well being
  • prevent deterioration of function
  • help you understand your condition better
Rehabilitation at Home Team

The Rehabilitation at Home (RaH) Team provides up to 6 weeks intensive, in home assessment and therapy services to people who have had a recent change in function and:

  • have identified rehabilitation goals
  • are unable to access another community service that meets their needs
  • require in-home specific therapy
Vocational Assessment and Rehabilitation Services (VARS)

VARS provides assessment, treatment, education and support for older people who have recently had a change in function and would like return to pre-illness employment or study.

Driver Assessment and Rehabilitation Services (DARS)

DARS provides advice, assessment and training for people who would like to drive after an injury, illness or disability.

Our services are available to adults over the age of 18 and are free for Medicare and Asylum Seeker cardholders.
