ACT Mental Health Act 2015
The ACT Mental Health Act 2015 sets out the laws that apply to the assessment, treatment, care or support of people who experience a mental illness or disorder.

The Chief Psychiatrist is responsible for mental health services in the ACT and performs duties outlined in the Mental Health Act 2015.
The Chief Psychiatrist is supported by a team of staff who help oversee the treatment and care of mental health patients and monitor the standard of these services in the ACT
