In a life threatening emergency dial Triple Zero (000)

In most cases, you will need a referral from your GP to make an appointment. Your GP will send the referral directly to us.

Generally, once we get your referral, our clinicians will decide how urgently you need to be seen. This process is known as ‘triage’. We aim to triage your referral within five days of receiving it.

We will send you and your GP a letter to confirm you are on the waiting list.

We will contact you when an appointment is available. If you prefer a telehealth appointment, please let us know. We will try to arrange one if it is appropriate for your condition. If your appointment is via telephone or video call, you can attend this appointment from your own home.

You do not need to call us unless you are following up on an existing appointment. If your condition changes, please visit your GP so they can send us up-to-date information.

If you call us and leave a message, please note that we try to return your call within two business days.
