We offer various services and facilities to ensure your time at hospital is comfortable.

Patient Enquiries

Your family can make calls to you during your stay through our main reception on 02 5124 2613 between 7am and 8:30pm.
Any calls outside of these hours can be made through our main switchboard on 02 5124 0000.

We ask that any general enquiries from your relatives and friends are directed to a member of your immediate family first.

We don’t discuss your personal matters with anyone who is not an immediate family member.

Your rights and responsibilities

It’s important you understand your rights and responsibilities as a patient to ensure you receive the best possible care.

Hospital Security

Security Officers patrol the hospital campus at all times. In the case of an emergency, please dial 8 from anywhere within the hospital. You can also contact the security office on 02 5124 2141.

Please remember to stay calm during an emergency and follow the instructions from a member of staff or an Emergency Warden. Our staff are trained to cope with any situation that may arise.
