This is achieved through best practice recruitment and appointment procedures, robust credentialing and defining of scope of clinical practice, regular performance review and routine re-credentialing.
All senior medical and dental practitioners need to complete their credentialing and be granted with an approved scope of clinical practice before commencing with ACT Health.
Scheduled re-credentialing and review of scope of clinical practice occurs at three yearly intervals and at other times, on an as required basis to ensure each Senior Medical and Dental Practitioners credentials remain current and relevant and competent to provide the defined scope of clinical practice.
