How to enrol
If you have an ACT Government email address
ACT Government email addresses include email addresses ending in act.gov.au, cit.edu.au or edu.act.edu.au.
Please log in to access the course location on HRIMS Learning. Once you are in HRIMS:
- Select the 'My Learning' Quick Action box
- In the Find Learning section type in 'Health Promotion'
- You will see the Health Promotion courses (as listed below). Select the course you wish to enrol in.
If you do not have an ACT Government email address
Please fill out the HRIMS External Account Creation form to request an account on HRIMS Learning to access the Health Promotion courses. Follow the instructions in the confirmation email you will receive (allow 24 hours) to create a password and then click on the link contained in the email to log into HRIMS Learning.

Early Childhood Education and Care Sector (including Preschool)
Food&ME Preschool Professional Learning Course
This course provides practical ideas and materials to support the delivery of nutrition education to preschool students using the Food&ME Preschool Curriculum resource. This online course has been approved for two TQI teacher accredited hours. Food&ME Preschool is mapped to the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard.

Kids at Play Active Play Professional Learning Course
This course provides information on the importance of active play and fundamental movement skills (FMS) development. It will also help early childhood educators feel confident to promote active play and teach FMS to children aged three and above in their early childhood education and care service or lower primary class. This online course has been approved for two TQI teacher accredited hours.

Food&ME Kindergarten – Year 6 Professional Learning Course
This course provides practical ideas and materials to support the delivery of nutrition education in the classroom using the Food&ME Kindergarten – Year 6 curriculum resources. This online course has been approved for two TQI teacher accredited hours. Food&ME is mapped to the Australian Curriculum and aligns with the Australian Dietary Guidelines and the National Healthy School Canteen Guidelines.

Entrepreneurs: It’s Your Move (IYM) Professional Learning Course
This course is an innovative, award-winning curriculum where students follow the design thinking and entrepreneurial process to produce solutions to improving the health of their school community. IYM is practical, interactive and fun, with strong links to Technologies and HPE. Teaching resources support a variety of flexible options for delivery. This online course has been approved for three TQI teacher accredited hours.
