For over 18s who love to cook simple healthier food recipes for pre-packaged foods or foods that can be easily prepared to be sold in school and sports canteens.

Our four finalists battled it out live at the final Stripped Back Chef Cook Off event on Saturday 30 November 2019 at the Capital Region Farmers Market at EPIC.

Andreas – Healthy poke bowl
Loves gardening and cooking with fresh produce for his family because it brings them together! He wants to show us how fun cooking healthier food can be.

Melissa – Cheeky banana bread
Uni student who loves food blogging and travelling for inspiration! Melissa is also lactose intolerant and a vegetarian. She loves making food simple and tasty as Melissa believes that once you eat well, you’re inspired to live well.

Franzi – Vegetable fritters
Loves healthy cooking! In Germany where she grew up food is life. Franzi wants to show Canberrans how easy it is to make healthier food delicious.
