ACT primary schools have worked hard to create a healthy food and drink culture within their school community.

From 2014 – 2018, 39 ACT schools completed three years of involvement with the Fresh Tastes initiative, reaching over 17,000 students.

Change in Attitude/Demand

92% noticed a positive change in <strong>attitude</strong> to healthy food and drinks.

Key results from the Fresh Tastes: Interim Project Monitoring Report are that: 93% of participating  schools said they had embedded a healthy food and drink culture; 92% of schools had seen a positive change in attitudes towards healthy food and drinks; and 89% had noticed a change in the demand for healthy food and drinks.
