Call for grant applications 2010 - 2011
The ACT Health and Medical Research Council oversees the Health and Medical Research Support Program, the objective of which is to boost research activities within the sector.
The council is pleased to announce the following funding grants commencing in January 2011. Up to $105,000 is available for successful applications depending upon the size and scope of the project, from a funding pool of $205,000.
The Council is calling for applications for:
- Project Development grants to provide short-term funding to assist recipients to compete successfully for research funding for large projects through major grant mechanisms.
Please note that preference will be given to early career researchers and projects in the following health priority areas:
- Chronic Disease Management
- Health Services
- Mental Health
