Allied Health staff aim to provide comprehensive clinical placement opportunities and excellence in student supervision.

Allied Health Student Placement Information
ACT Health offers Allied Health placements for:
Students from Universities and Other Education Institutions. These placements are arranged by the education institution. Students must discuss the establishment of any ACT Health placements with their school clinical placement coordinator.
Current ACT Health Employees, who are undertaking a student clinical placement in a service or location that is different to their current position.
Health Professionals wishing to undertake:
- observation placements in the workplace,
- refresher training in order to re-enter the workforce,
- registration exams or placements.
Health professionals including ACT Health employees are referred to as trainees on this website. Please contact the Student Clinical Placement Unit to discuss placement options SCPU@act.gov.au.
