Do you need information regarding sleep for your older baby or child?
The Maternal and Child Health (MACH) Nurses within the Division of Women, Youth & Children Community Health Programs offer several groups.
'Early Days' are special group information sessions available to address the feeding and settling concerns of mothers with infants under three months of age. Please note that from Tuesday 4 February changes have been made to the location and timing of early days. For locations and times please click on the link below.
Sleep and Settling information sessions
Sleep and settling information sessions are offered for children of different ages.
- Age 3 - 8 months
- Age 9 - 18 months
- Age 19 months - 3 years
