The Get Healthy Information and Coaching Service® ceased operating in the ACT on 30 June 2015.

There are a range of resources available to support you to stay physically active and eat more healthily, including:

  • Live Lighter – includes a free Meal and Activity Planner that assists you to schedule physical activity, plan your meals and track your progress
  • Good Habits for Life – provides parents and caregivers with information about taking some simple steps to healthier eating, being active and being connected to the people around them and thereby encouraging good habits in their children
  • Australian Dietary Guidelines – provides information on eating for health and wellbeing
  • Australia’s Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines  – provides information about the health benefits of leading an active lifestyle, as well as offering suggestions for how to incorporate physical activity and minimise sedentary behaviour in your everyday life.
