The Rehabilitation, Aged and Community Care (RACC)(formally ACRS) integrates Health Directorate's rehabilitation and aged care services, with the ultimate goal of improving service quality and accessibility.

RACC services include prevention, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, support and rehabilitation for older people and people experiencing disability following an illness / trauma.

RACC provides inpatient services at ACT public hospitals, which you can only access by referral from your Doctor.

You can access our community based services through the Community Health Intake (CHI) phone service on (02) 6207 9977.
