
The Canberra Endometriosis Centre is a multidisciplinary network of health professionals that work in partnership with women and teenagers with endometriosis and their families.

Not all women who attend the Centre will necessarily have a diagnosis of endometriosis however, painful menstrual disturbance and its management is a key feature of the work of the Centre.
The centre provides ongoing support through diagnosis, treatment and long term management of endometriosis.
The Canberra Endometriosis Centre is also engaged in ongoing research and the training of health professionals about the disease.
The centre is staffed by gynaecologists trained in laparoscopic excision of endometriosis and a full time endometriosis nurse consultant and researcher. It is supported by other health professionals including general surgeons, psychologists, chronic pain specialists and naturopaths.

Monday to Friday 9am - 4.30pm
Appointments
To attend the Specialist Canberra Endometriosis Centre, a referral is required from your GP before an appointment can be made.
The referral can be sent by your GP by post or faxed to the Gynaecology clinic on 6244 3422.
You will be contacted by phone and an appointment offered after the referral has been triaged by the clinic.
You will be sent a letter confirming the appointment.
