    Services include: Care Coordination and Supplementary Services (CCSS) to local residents who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, live with a chronic health condition, and are above the age of 15. Access to a care coordinator and assistance with finances to access urgent medical specialist and allied health services, which are in accordance with a GP care plan.

    Services include: At CRCC we provide confidential counselling and support for women and children who have experienced any form of sexual assault recently or in the past.
