Access Improvement Program (AIP)

Access improvement program banner

ACT Health's Access Improvement Program is a major change program aimed at redesigning the way we provide healthcare services.

The program focuses on the patient's journey through the healthcare system, while providing a structured change management framework.

    "Change is hard because people
overestimate the value of what they
have - and underestimate the value of
what they may gain by giving that up"

    James Belasco and Ralph Stayer

Patient and Carer Experience Project

The Access Improvement Program recently launched this project with the aim of gathering patient and carer insights into how the health system works and what could be improved.
